Four stages, each with a deliverable you can check before the next invoice.
1. Audit
A crawl of up to 5,000 URLs, a speed and Core Web Vitals pass on the top pages, a tracking review and a conversion read of the pages that matter commercially. You receive a fix list ranked by impact against effort. It is yours whether or not we continue together.
2. Plan
Channel mix, budget split and the two numbers we agree to be judged on, usually cost per qualified lead and revenue assisted by the channels we run. If the honest answer is that you need fewer channels, the plan says so.
3. Launch
Pages, creative and campaigns go live in tracked sprints rather than one large reveal. Every launch has a measurement plan attached before it ships, so a campaign that cannot be read is not allowed to run.
4. Optimise
Monthly read with plain numbers: what we spent, what came back, what we killed and what we are doubling. Tests that fail are reported the same week they fail.
What You Need to Bring
Read access to analytics and the ad accounts, a list of the pages that matter commercially, and one decision maker who can approve work. Everything else we can set up.
Handover
Every engagement ends with documentation: the event schema, the campaign structure, the content backlog and the test log, written so an in-house team or a different agency can continue from it.
